By using Aeon Audio you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Subscriptions & Billing

All Aeon Audio subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.

Users cannot cancel mid-month and receive refunds. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the current paid period.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use Aeon Audio to generate content that infringes third-party rights, violates law, or attempts to impersonate real artists for the purpose of fraud or defamation.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Service Limitations

Generation quotas, model availability, and feature access depend on your plan. We may modify quotas with notice.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. No refunds are issued for terminated accounts.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeon Audio disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
