Aeon Audio respects intellectual-property rights. To report content you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice to:

Takedown Notice — required information

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
2. The exact URL of the infringing content on Aeon Audio (e.g. /track/<slug>).
3. Your contact info (name, address, phone, email).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same email containing:

1. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, phone, email, and consent to jurisdiction.
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
