No-Refunds Policy
All sales are final.
No refunds, no exceptions, no pro-rated cancellations.
By purchasing any subscription, credit pack, or one-time product on Aeon Audio you acknowledge and agree:
- All payments are final at the moment of charge.
- No refunds will be issued for unused time, partial months, accidental purchases, or unused credits.
- Cancellation stops future renewals only — you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- Account termination for Terms violations does not entitle you to a refund.
- Service downtime, model deprecation, or feature changes do not entitle you to a refund.
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge), contact contact@aeonaudio.app. Duplicate-charge disputes are reviewed at our sole discretion.
